Fellas, in this summer weather, you've got to take care of feet, especially if sandals / flip flops ain't a part of your personal style and you are in the gym a lot. There is nothing worse than crusty soles and smelly peeling skin between your toes. Here are some tips to keep your feet on point at all times:
- Wash your feet twice a day, foot filing with a pumice stone to remove dead skin.
- Dry the feet throughly including between each toe.
- Apply liquid parafin or petroleum jelly (epaderm or vaseline) to the entire foot excluding between the toes
- For between the toes, using a cotton swab, apply surgical spirit between the toes to help prevent flaking by promoting hardening of the skin
- Cover both feet with cotton socks to lock in the moisture working its magic
And you're good to go!
