#teamblud readers who have been following the blog for the past couple of years will know that the Emmerdale gay storyline is the best portrayal of the average gay couple sans flamboyancy on UK TV.
Sadly the storyline came to a head recently when Jackson, after becoming paralysed from the neck down from a van accident, lost the will to live and with the assistance of his mum and his partner Aaron, commits suicide.
