Episodes 3 and 4 of Lamont Pierre's web series Freefall hit the web recently. Watch the episodes, which explore the issues within the lives of three black men and their attitudes to dating guys as well as my 2 pence write up after the jump.
Whilst a lot has been said about the obvious limitations of working on a shoestring budget (Sound, Camera operating bloopers) credit is due to Lamont and the guys for giving the masses some excellent programming. The characters are playing out and articulating scenarios a lot of us have lived regardless of where you are currently on your journey. I don't about you, but for me, the 'aha' moments just kept on coming.
Lamont and the team, keep pushing with this project. From London to South Africa, Amsterdam to Australia, the world is watching!.Though constructive criticism from your viewers is useful, the danger is that the show becomes a slave to opinions and the original vision of the show gets lost in the process. Stay true to the vision that had you put the team together and that now has the community talking.
Here's hoping that this is not the premature end of the Freefall brand, but only the beginning.
